Dr. Roger Sen, MD, CCFP
Dr. Sen is a graduate of the University of Toronto Medical School. He completed his internship at the Branson site of North York General Hospital in Toronto where he was awarded Co-Intern of the Year. After completing his post graduate training, Dr. Sen was an active member of the Emergency Department for eight years at the Branson Site of North York General Hospital. Dr. Sen is a member of the medical staff at North York General Hospital in the Department of Family Medicine.
He recently received a service recognition reward for 20 years of service at North York General Hospital. Dr. Sen is interested in making the medical experience as efficient and compassionate as possible and the construction and operation of Eagles Landing Medical Centre is a reflection of his passion. Dr. Sen welcomes you to join him on this medical journey.
Dr. Liane Nakamura, MD, CCFP
Dr. Nakamura graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine. She has been practicing full-time family medicine for over 30 years and she also has previously practiced Emergency Medicine. Her practice encompasses all ages, from newborn through to geriatric medicine.
Dr. Nakamura has been an active staff member at North York General Hospital for over 30 years and is also a member of the North Bathurst Family Health Organization.
Dr. Nakamura has also been practicing aesthetic medicine using Botox and dermal fillers for over 20 years. Dr. Nakamura also injects therapeutic Botox for chronic migraine and hyperhidrosis.
Dr. Nakamura is the mother of 2 children and 2 Italian Greyhounds. She keeps busy in her spare time with fitness, skiing, and golf.
Dr. Mandy Schwartz, MD, CCFP, FCFP
Dr. Mandy Schwartz graduated from the University of Western Ontario with distinction in 2002. She completed her residency in family practice at McMaster university, and has enjoyed being in practice for 10 years. Dr. Schwartz has been involved in examining future family physicians and has helped develop an autism referral tool in York Region. She is currently involved with formulating national autism guidelines.
Dr. Schwartz is married with two children. Dr. Schwartz has been awarded by the Canadian College of Family Physicians a Fellowship for her medical excellence and years of service in family medicine. Dr. Schwartz graduated with distinction from medical school and was given the 1917 class award for academic achievement. She also performs cosmetic Botox procedures.
Dr. Naama Bartfeld, MD, CCFP
Dr. Bartfeld completed her medical school training and residency program at the University of Toronto. She is a recipient of prestigious awards in family medicine, internal medicine and surgery in addition to the top graduating year achievement award and the golden stethoscope award for patient care. She thoroughly enjoys teaching medical students and residents and holds a faculty teaching appointment with the University of Toronto.
She is a mother of 2. She enjoys being active and spending time outdoors. She is thrilled to be joining the wonderful team at Eagles Landing and carrying out its vision of compassionate patient care.
Dr. Perry Jacobson, MD
Dr. Jacobson is a graduate of the University Of Manitoba Faculty Of Medicine. Since completing his internship at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Toronto, he has been practicing in primary care for over twenty years. Dr. Jacobson provides services in the walk-in clinic at the Eagles Landing Medical Centre as well as providing cosmetic treatments with Botox and dermal fillers.
Dr. Jacobson also holds a Masters’ degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business. When he is not in the office, Dr. Jacobson can be found spending quality time with his family, hitting the gym, or working on his golf game.
Angela Coluccio, Medical Secretary
Angela has been working as a medical secretary for over 25 years. She has had the pleasure of working with Dr. Bartfeld and Dr. Schwartz since 2008. She is a proud mom, wife and grandma and is very happy to be part of the staff at Eagles Landing Medical Centre.
Patricia Da Rosa, Receptionist
Patricia has worked as a medical receptionist for over 24 years, 13 of them here with our practice. As well as working at the reception desk, she often assists the medical staff when needed. Patricia is married with 2 children and is also fluent in Italian.
