Service Description

The request by the patient's pharmacy to the doctor's office for renewing a patient's regular medication(s). The request is made by the patient to the pharmacist for a renewal of one or more medications. The pharmacy can also initiate the request on behalf of the patient with the patient's implied consent. The doctor reserves the right to discuss with the patient any renewal.
